Paul Rotondaro began his career as a Firefighter with CAL FIRE Madera-Mariposa-Merced Unit in 2006. Working for the department, Paul was part of the Type 1 Hazardous Materials team in Merced for several years and a member of the Merced County Type 2 Rescue team. Outside of work, Paul was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed camping, off-road driving, boating but mostly loved to spend time with his family. He passed away from a job-related accident in October, 2019.
