Donald ‘Don’ Welcker was passionate about his career in the fire service. He was involved in the Swift Water, USAR and Haz Mat teams. In his spare time, Donald loved to be with his family and enjoyed boating, camping and skiing. He passed away from job-related illness in July, 2019.
